What does/should Reiki feel like?

How to prepare for a Reiki session?
It is recommend to not consume alcohol 24 hours before and after Reiki, ensuring that you are stay hydrated. Avoid a heavy meal prior to your treatment and wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be lying down on a treatment, usually on your back yet can facilitate sessions on your side (to support pregnancy or injuries etc) if needed.
