With Structural Integration Bristol, over 10 sessions we explore giving space back to the "wetsuit" (your entire body is covered in a connective tissue that allows it to move and retain shape).
Session 1-3 are about giving some space and loosening the "Sleeve"
Session 4-7 are about the "Core" of the body, from the floor all the way to the crown of the head.
Session 8-10 are the "Integration" sessions. This means building on those previous sessions for balance and co-ordination of the entire body. They connect all previous sessions.
Structural Integration was originally formulated by the incredible Dr Ida P Rolf over 50 years ago. Dr Rolf intended this system to bring posture, structure and function to all who experience the sessions.
